Beautiful home and location. You will have your own new bed/room. Garage parking.
3 mins walk to Coles, chemist, newsagency, etc ..and bus stop.
3 mins drive to the beach and estuary.
12 minutes to mandurah center, or bus. (No need for a car).
I have a medium sized staffy cross, she’s very nervous but gentle. She requires one evening feed and a good play / daily walk. She loves to be around you and is affectionate.
She’s Good on the lead and very obedient. She is scared of men, so prefer a single mature female.
Also water my pots and collect the mail. (Minimal chores).
